It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

-Native american stuff

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

Callibrate your Wacom tutorialHad you finally made the transition from intuos 3 to intuos 4?, or Are you rich to change into an intuos 5? Had you made the transition from a first generation cintiq to the new ones?. More levels of pressure will mean more quality to the paintings, am i right?.
Did you thought that by default the pen will it be like using butter on bread?, you try it for the first time and you love all of it, you said i have sooooooo much control on my strokes im having a blast. Then only to realize you only have total control of the brush but when you are moving it really slow?. But when you do quick strokes the pressure drops a lot of paint making you redraw tons of stuff?
Did you ever thought that painter its hard to handle with new tablet? Too much pressure? If it has more pressure why i cant control more easier the beggining of the stroke which is more crucial?.

She was such a pain to photograph, she wouldn't sit still and kept going for the lense cover-
so these are the best out of ten tries. orz
I didn't take any of my cockatiel since he's in his molting phase- he looks silly with his no tail having ass. ;u;

EDIT: i forgot to mention how we wound up with her:
the weekend before last we went to the local shelter, but i didn't find any healthy looking cats- they all had upper respiratory infections (inflamed eyes, coughing) so we went to walmart and in the parking lot some older man was giving away a litter of kittens- so i took this little girl. He said they were going on ten weeks, but she looks a little younger than that to be honest. But she's been healthy so far.
She has the most beautiful eyes- they're not really a normal blue like most blue sealpoints, but they're a bright turquoise-ish color.

anyway, i'm just working on commissions right now so i probably won't be posting too much over the next week.
so that's about it for now! ♥

just one cat, and a bird, right now i clip her nails- i thought about buying some soft paws, but since you have to cut their nails anyway i don't see the point. it's easier to just clip her nails regularly. ;u;

she looks sorta like a Birman or Ragdoll, but she's just a mix ^^ She was the only one like this in the litter, the other two were tortoiseshell and orange tabby.
