It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.

news:
My mom and i took Jazzi to the vet, the vet didn't know what was wrong with her and suggested to have some expensive tests done. ; i hate being poor sometimes. Anyways, she seemed to be doing better- she tried to walk on her paw when the vet put her on the floor.

  oh yeah, off subject-  there was this gorgeous nurse that helped me with jazzi-  he was friggin god-like o_+ *drool*   i wish i could meet people interested in animals and activism in real life-  being in the rural area i'm pretty much surrounded by redneck carholics.  or druggies,  pick or choose. x_x;;  tho it doesn't bother me-  do what makes ya happy is all thats important.

art related news:  1 official art trade so far,  with koalakitty23!  i'm kinda in an art slump right now so experimentin' with her characters should get me back on track  X3

You know, it could be something the stray cats/kittens may have brought in... Jazzi has FIV, which does mean her immune system does not respond well to new bacteria/virii.

She's young, so it's not arthritis.. Unless it's because she's fat.

You need to make that b*tch take her to the vet. ( I will not call her our mom... not the way she has been treating you!

)

Remember when we first found out Jazzi had FIV? She was pretty bad for awhile.. keep her inside, give her food, water, keep her away from the strays. She will get better, she pulled through once. She can do it again. I mean, I didn't expect her to live this long with the disease she has.

Shame sweetie, thats tough.
The only thing I can say is take her to the vet as soon as you can, there could be many reasons why she's having trouble.
Her lack of eating might be an infection but I don't know about her paw.
